Thailand Post World Wide Shipping ships all orders (98%) within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, not including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) of confirmation of payment. Some delays may occur due to holidays etc., but we try to get all orders shipping in a timely manner.

Our standard shipping method is Thailand Post SAL, which is economy airmail. Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery. In some cases delivery time can exceed 21 business days due to delays with customs/postal service in destination country.

If you choose shipment via Thailand Post Airmail, the delivery time should not exceed 14 business days. In some cases delivery time can exceed 21 business days due to delays with customs/postal service in destination country.

You will be updated when your order is shipped.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.


Please notice;

Parcels weighing less than 2 kg will be shipped without track & trace. If you want your parcel shipped with registered mail (track & trace), then you must choose Thailand Post Sal Registered Mail or Thailand Post Air Registered Mail.

Refund, Returns policies


Subject to Clause 1.4 below, no Product(s) shall be returned to the Seller unless:-

(a) The Product(s) in question is defective;

(b) The Product(s) sought to be returned by the Customer was ordered by the Customer via this Website, within 14 days prior to the date the Customer requested a product return;

(c) The Seller has notified the Customer by email that the Customer may return the Product(s) to the Seller;

(d) The Product(s) is returned in a clean and well packaged condition; and

(e) The Customer returns the Product(s) at his/her own expense which will include any custom duties or taxes.


Upon satisfactory return of the Product(s) to the Seller, replacement Product(s) will be shipped to the Customer if the Seller is satisfied that the Product(s) returned by the Customer is defective after suitable tests and inspections by the Seller. If replacement Product(s) is not available, a refund of product price only will be made to the Customer.


If the Seller is not satisfied that the returned Product(s) is defective, the Seller will deliver the returned Product(s) to the Customer at Customer’s own cost.


Any Product(s) that have already been opened are excluded from any return unless they are faulty. The Seller shall have no responsibility regarding skin compatibility or any other personal issues and it is for the Customer to ensure that they are ordering the correct type of product for themselves.


Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns and do not issue refunds. In the case of a defective product, we will replace the item if you send the defective product back to us within 14 days of receiving it.
